This outline defines the scope and structure of Study 1 at Thingylabs GmbH, owned by D3velop Ltd (In Gründung) and licensed to Thingylabs GmbH. It investigates nutritional supplements to enhance employee physiological and psychological well-being, cognitive performance, and workplace productivity.
Objectives
- Evaluate the impact of supplements on employee health and performance.
- Collect data to identify effective strategies for well-being and productivity.
- Conduct research in compliance with GDPR using pseudonymous data collection.
Scope
- Duration: 12 months, with data collection at 0, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
- Participants: Initial n=2 Thingylabs GmbH employees, expandable.
- Focus: Nutritional supplements (see Supplement Protocol).
- Data Protection: Pseudonymous data collection using participant codes.
Methodology
- Intervention: Participants use supplements, tracked daily via Daily Tracker.
- Data Collection:
- Weekly sheets log intake and end-of-week questions on well-being, energy, productivity, and sleep.
- Participants use their unique participant code (e.g., TL-202311-123) across all submissions.
- No directly identifying information is collected.
- Analysis: Basic statistical analysis (e.g., means, t-tests) and qualitative coding of pseudonymized data.

Data Handling
